1. Personal Data Administrator is ‘Czy ja mówię po chińsku? Karolina Wydymus’ company entered into the Central Registration And Information on Business (CEIDG), NIP 6772500674, REGON 526709369.
2. Customers’ personal data collected by the Administrator via the contact form and the Inquiry Form available on the website www.czyjamowiepochinsku.pl are collected to provide the Chinese language and culture teaching service. To organize In-person classes, the Administrator also processes address data.
3. ‘Czy ja mówię po chińsku? Karolina Wydymus’ company ensures that the collected personal data is stored with due care and attention to security, also in the case of cooperation with external service providers (IT and accounting service providers). Personal data left on the website will not be sold or made available to third parties in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to provide the service.
5. The Administrator may process personal data for the following purposes:
   1. conducting online and In-person Chinese classes,
   2. contact to arrange the dates and places of Chinese classes
   3. general correspondence with the Customer.
6. The Customer has the right to access and correct their data. For this purpose, they may contact the Administrator via email or telephone:

7. The Administrator stores the Customer’s data for the period of using the company’s services and after its completion according to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR. The Customer has the right to delete their data without a reason, which may prevent further use of the company’s services.
8. The website www.czyjamowiepochinsku.pl uses cookies to function correctly. It uses analytical tools that collect anonymous information about the User’s behavior on the website.
9. Any changes in the website’s privacy policy due to the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data, or the development of the website will be immediately noted to Customers by the company.
